2 on the same page you can download the entry forms and mail them back to us at PO Box 500, Wanganui 4540.

0800 35 40 45 or write to us at PO Box 500, Wanganui 4540 and we will mail an entry book out to you.
If you attended the 2005 or the 2007 Games you will receive a Registration Book anyway.
